Khpelwan Rehabilitation Social Services Organization (KRSSO) is a humanitarian and development organization working for the welfare and empowerment of Afghan communities. The organization was established in 2003 and is managed by a team of social development activists, medical doctors, and professional experts who are committed to improving the socio-economic and political status of the people of Afghanistan, especially women and vulnerable groups. KRSSO works with the vision of creating a society where every Afghan man, woman, and child has the opportunity to live with dignity, equality, and access to essential resources. The organization focuses on multi-dimensional development programs aimed at addressing the major social and economic challenges faced by Afghan communities. Since its establishment, KRSSO has implemented various humanitarian, educational, health, and livelihood projects in partnership with international organizations such as JICA, UNOPS, WHO, China Railway, and Australian Aid. These partnerships have helped the organization expand its development activities across different regions of Afghanistan.

KRSSO mainly works in several key development sectors including women empowerment, humanitarian assistance, education, health and hygiene, agriculture and livelihood, and rehabilitation of community infrastructure.
